As we know, there are 5 stations for IPPT, Situp, Standing Board Jump (SBJ), Shuttle run, Chin up, and 2.4km run. From here, i will be sharing at least 2 training methods for each of the stations and do keep a lookout!

Self introduction
Hey brothers out there, this is Kun (all my frenz calls me that). More things about me, i have always been a consistent incentive achiever since school days til now being an NSmen, but i have always maintained my CAT X standards. I have the experience of teaching, making one pass their IPPT. I was even made the fitness trainer during my NSF days within my unit. So now, i'm here to share with u guys some tips on how to pass your IPPT (priority), while these methods here can be used for losing weight too. As for preparation for BMT, it's definitely much more than all these, unless u want to train with me! hahaha
Do feel free to follow those tips, but it might not suit everybody as this is only the basics ok?
